Each employee receives a base salary reflective of their skills and abilities. Elliott, Robinson & Company also offers a generous vacation policy which allows you to earn additional comp time for overtime worked. You are compensated for every hour you work, even on salary. Health insurance is very important to our firm members. The firm pays 100% of our participating employees’ health insurance, family members can also be added to the Group Plan. Through our Cafeteria Plan we offer several supplemental insurances. You can purchase those you and your family need, without being required to carry those you don’t. Group life insurance is also covered at 100% by the firm for those who participate.

Retirement may be close or a distant thought, but to help you plan for it Elliott, Robinson & Company has a SIMPLE Plan available for employee participation. You are eligible to contribute after you have earned $5,000 in the past calendar year with our firm. From your first contribution you are 100% vested. Even if you leave our company, you will not lose any of the money you have invested. The firm will match what you put in to the plan, dollar for dollar up to 3% of your salary.

Our firm also reviews each staff member twice each year. At this time your work is evaluated and you are given positive and constructive feedback on the past six months. Based on your review you may be eligible for a raise.Elliott, Robinson & Company thinks it is important to evaluate each level of the firm. As a new staff you are evaluated by your supervisors, but you are also asked to evaluate those who supervise you, including partners. We do this every six months to ensure our staff is doing quality work and to provide feedback more often than once a year.
