Marissa’s journey with Elliott, Robinson & Company began as an intern while completing her accounting degree at Drury University, where she graduated in May 2015. She joined the firm full-time as a Staff Accountant and quickly advanced through the ranks—becoming a Senior Accountant in 2018, a Supervisor in 2020, and earning her promotion to Manager in 2024.
In her role, Marissa brings strong technical expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. She works closely with clients on individual, corporate, and trust tax returns, and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Marissa is also deeply involved in staff development, helping train interns and new team members in both individual and business tax return preparation. She is a valued member of ERCPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Team and is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client service.
