ERCPA Announces 2026 Staff Promotions
Elliott, Robinson & Company, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, is pleased to announce the promotions of four team members in 2026. These promotions reflect the firm’s commitment to recognizing the continued professional growth, leadership, and contributions of individuals who play an important role in serving the firm’s clients and supporting its culture.



Promotion to Supervisor | Abigail West, CPA, has been promoted to Supervisor. Abigail joined Elliott, Robinson & Company in August 2021, bringing several years of experience from local public accounting firms. Her expertise includes tax returns, financial statements, and audits, with an emphasis on audits for not-for-profit organizations. She is also a key contributor to the firm’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit practice. Abigail earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2016 and her Master of Business Administration in 2017 from Missouri State University. She is currently serving as Chair of the Southwest Chapter of the Missouri Society of CPAs for the fiscal year beginning in July 2025.
Promotion to Supervisor | Regan Fish, CPA, has been promoted to Supervisor. Regan began her career with Elliott, Robinson & Company as an intern in January 2020 and was hired full-time in January 2022. Regan’s expertise includes audit services, with a strong focus on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit engagements and not-for-profit organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in December 2020 and her Master of Accountancy in December 2021 from Missouri State University. She will serve as Chair of the Southwest Chapter of the Missouri Society of CPAs beginning in July 2026.
Promotion to Supervisor | Kailynn Kneibert, CPA, has been promoted to Supervisor. Kailynn joined Elliott, Robinson & Company as an intern in 2018 and transitioned to a full-time role in August of the same year. As a member of the firm’s Auditing and Attestation practice, her expertise includes not-for-profit audit engagements, and she is a member of the firm’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit audit team. In addition to her assurance work, Kailynn assists both business and individual clients with tax preparation services. She earned her degree in Accounting, with a minor in Intercultural Studies, from Southwest Baptist University in May 2018.

Promotion to Senior Accountant | Garrett Perryman, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Accountant. Garrett joined Elliott, Robinson & Company as an intern in January 2023 and was promoted to Staff Accountant in June 2025. His experience includes tax, audit, financial statement preparation, and estate and trust returns, serving clients across a variety of practice areas. In addition to his client work, Garrett is actively involved in the firm’s campus recruiting efforts, where he plays an integral role in connecting with future talent and representing the firm’s values within the community. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in December 2024 and his Master of Accountancy in May 2025 from Missouri State University, and he achieved another major milestone by passing the CPA Exam in Summer 2025.
