ERCPA Announces 2025 Staff Promotions
Elliott, Robinson & Company, LLP, Certified Public Accountants is pleased to announce the following staff promotions:
Promotion to Partner | Dana J. Vermule, CPA, has been promoted to Partner. Ms. Vermule joined Elliott, Robinson & Company in November 2015 as a Supervisor through the merger with Lindy H. Maus, CPA, P.C. of Republic, Missouri, where she had worked since 2004. She serves as the Partner-in-Charge of the ERCPA Republic office, specializing in individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, as well as accounting services with an emphasis on payroll and financial reporting. Ms. Vermule serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Republic Community Foundation of the Ozarks. She earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Drury University.
Promotion to Manager | Saralyn Forsman, CPA, has been promoted to Manager. She began her career with ERCPA as an Intern and joined the firm full-time after graduating from Southwest Baptist University in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ms. Forsman specializes in managing retirement plan audits and navigating complex business and tax matters. She also brings valuable expertise in payroll and monthly accounting services within the client service team.
Promotion to Manager | Nichole Springer, CPA, has been promoted to Manager. Ms. Springer joined Elliott, Robinson & Company in November 2015 as an Intern through the merger with Gary Fenton, CPA, P.C. She was hired on as a Staff Accountant upon graduating from Missouri State University in December 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Her expertise spans accounting and auditing, with an emphasis on retirement plan audits. Ms. Springer also specializes in payroll, payroll sales tax, monthly bookkeeping, and business tax returns.
Promotion to Supervisor | Yang You, CPA, has been promoted to Supervisor. Ms. You started full-time with Elliott, Robinson & Company in September 2021 as a Senior Accountant. Her expertise lies in tax preparation for both individuals and businesses, as well as conducting reviews and audits of financial statements. She is a member of the Nonprofit Tax Return Practice. Ms. You earned her Master of Business Administration in May 2014 from Missouri State University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in December 2012 from Missouri Southern State University.
Promotion to Senior Accountant | Courtney Moore, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Accountant. Ms. Moore began her career at Elliott, Robinson & Company in November 2023. Her specialization includes the practice areas of tax, audit, monthly accounting, and business valuations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2018 from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Missouri State University in 2002.
Promotion to Senior Accountant | Adam Vaggalis, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Accountant. Mr. Vaggalis joined Elliott, Robinson & Company, LLP in 2021. His concentration excels in a variety of services to the firm, including the preparation of payroll taxes, sales and use taxes, monthly accounting, and financial statements. He graduated from Missouri State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and also graduated from Drury University in 2007 with a degree in Political Science.
