Named to 2018 Best Accounting Firms for Women

Elliott, Robinson & Company, LLP has been named to Accounting Today’s 2018 ranking of the Best Accounting Firms for Women. ERCPA ranked 12th in the Top 15 Best Accounting Firms for Women.

For the second year, Accounting Today and Best Companies Group have dived into their annual list of the Best Firms to Work For to identify a specific subset: those that offer the best workplaces for women in the profession.

To be named a 2018 Best Firm for Women, a firm must have either a minimum of 25 female employees, or women must represent 25 percent of staff, and the female response rate to the Best Firms to Work For anonymous employee survey must be greater than or equal to 50 percent. They are ranked in order of percent of positive female response, from largest to smallest.
