Carrie Brown Earns MSCPA Award

Congratulations to Manager Carrie Brown, CPA for earning the 2016 MSCPA’s Woman to Watch – Emerging Leader Award!

Armed with a powerful designation rooted in experience and dedication, CPAs are constantly making an impact–on the profession, the community, and the people with whom they connect. The MSCPA Impact Awards honor CPAs who go above and beyond their responsibility and advance the profession.

The Women to Watch – Emerging Leader Award requires less than 10 years in the profession and/or has not yet reached highest levels of advancement in their organization. The other qualifications include demonstration of leadership, contribution to the profession, creation and implementation of unique initiative in the workplace, public or community service, and involvement with their alma mater or other local universities.

Since 2006, the MSCPA and AICPA have partnered to honor outstanding women in the profession through the Women to Watch awards. The Woman to Watch awards highlight the accomplishments of women in the profession, and demonstrate to emerging female leaders that success is not out of reach.
