ERCPA Announces 2024 Staff Promotions
Elliott, Robinson & Company, LLP, Certified Public Accountants is pleased to announce the following staff promotions:



Promotion to Partner | Brittany K. Hopp, CPA, CFE, CVA has been promoted to Partner. Her specialties include taxation, valuation services, litigation support, and fraud investigation and prevention. Hopp is a member of the Taxation Practice and leads the Valuations Practice encompassing business valuations, economic loss, pension valuations, merger & acquisition support. She graduated from Drury University with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.
Promotion to Manager | Marissa L. Randolph, CPA has been promoted to Manager. Randolph began her career at Elliott, Robinson & Company as an intern and was hired full-time upon graduation from Drury University in May 2015. She specializes in trust and estate tax returns, tax review, tax training, and client management. Randolph is a member of the Employee Benefit Team.
Promotion to Manager | Briana Bates, CPA has been promoted to Manager. Bates joined Elliott, Robinson & Company in 2018 with extensive experience in private accounting. Bates oversees and enhances the Accounting Services Practice area along with client management and relations. She earned her Master of Accountancy in 2012 from Missouri State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2011.


Promotion to Supervisor | Chanel K. Lontoc, CPA has been promoted to Supervisor. Lontoc started as an intern at Elliott, Robinson & Company and became full-time in September 2018. She graduated from Drury University with degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management. Her areas of concentration include business and individual tax returns, specializing in trusts, estates, and gift tax returns. Chanel is a member of the Employee Benefit Team.
Promotion to Senior Accountant | Regan Fish, CPA has been promoted to Senior Accountant. Fish began her career at Elliott, Robinson & Company as an intern in January 2020 and was hired full-time in January 2022 upon graduation. She earned her Master of Accountancy in December 2021 from Missouri State University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in December 2020. She is a member of the Audit Practice specializing in low-income housing and non-profit organizations.
